Returns Policy

At Redhill Bearings Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all components and documentation included.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at sales@rbse.co.uk to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number and contact details.
  3. Return the item to the address provided in our response. Please retain proof of postage.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, or if they are made to order. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
